Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira is a Brazilian actress born the 26th of May 1978 at Campinas Sao Paulo. She was in Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009) as well as A Indomada (2000). Ana Paula Oliveira became a member of the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime (GI-TOC) in March of 2020. She oversees Assassination Witness while also being a member of the GI-TOC multilateral group. Her research focuses on the illegal market, disappearances and assassinations. The research area she is interested in is the effect of organized crime on law, policy as well as legislation that relates with human rights. Ana Paula has an LL.M. Cum laude (with honors) in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, Geneva. She also holds the LL.M in Public Law and an MBA in International Relations by Fundacao Getulio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula has a bachelor degree in Legal and Social Sciences from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro. Her legal experience has included four years of practicing at a firm which specializes in civil litigation for public entities. Additionally, she has held a various assisting position at the two non-governmental organisations in Rio de Janeiro, and Geneva.
